Role Purpose:

To consistently deliver the highest standard of cleaning and associated contracted services to the Client’s Centre in line with the contract specification.

Cleaning Supervisor

Pay: £9.44 per hour

Hours: 09.00 – 18:00

Monday, Tuesday,  Friday Saturday Sunday

2 x Cleaners

Pay: £8.91 per hour

Hours and Shift: 15:00 – 18:00

Monday, Thurs, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

1 x Cleaner

Pay: £8.91 per hour

Hours and shifts: 15:00 – 18:00

Reliable, pro-active Cleaner, sought for cleaning service. Carrying out a cleaning service to a high standard. Must be able to work well on own initiative. A degree of Health and safety knowledge is desirable. A good working ethic, and to be capable of achieving high standards however is essential. To be able to work to set schedules and timescales. The suitable applicants will need to be versatile and flexible in their approach. Covering holiday and sickness as required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Advisor to join our store in Slough.

This is a part-time role, working 20 hours per week split over 3 days. You’ll need a flexible approach to your working hours as regular weekend working and overtime to cover holidays will be required.

Main Responsibilities 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and delivering customer requirements, meeting and exceeding their needs and maximising sales
  • Achieving and where possible exceeding individual and team sales and service targets
  • Identifying opportunities to cross sell various products and services
  • Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation
  • Ensuring the store meets all operational standards and the highest levels of presentation are always maintained
  • Adhering to all Company Policies including Health and Safety, AML and Security
  • Dealing professionally and knowledgably with all customer complaints/queries ensuring a satisfactory conclusion is met
  • Ensuring telephone calls are answered in a prompt, polite and professional manner
  • Undertake marketing initiatives, to promote the Bureau and increase brand awareness
  • Ensuring all point of sale and company material is displayed correctly and in working order

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Demonstrable excellent customer service experience ideally obtained in a cash handling environment
  • Experience of working with foreign currencies is preferred

Competencies required:

  • Demonstrable superior customer service skills
  • Numerate, with excellent accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Comfortable communicating on all levels including within the business and to external customers and suppliers
  • Must be flexible and have a can-do attitude and approach
