Terms and Conditions:

  1. This competition is being run by Queensmere Observatory Shopping Centre, High St, Slough, SL1 1LN
  2. The competition is open to all U.K. residents aged 18 years and over with a UK postal address.
  3. Employees of the centre, its tenants, their immediate families, press agencies, sponsors and commercial partners or any person directly or indirectly connected to the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
  4. The competition will run from 10:00 GMT Friday 18th May 2018 until the ice sculpture has melted and the ring is revealed.
  5. One entry is permitted per person. No purchase necessary.
  6. To enter, applicants must fill out an entry form on the mall and post it through the letter box.
  7. Queensmere Observatory cannot accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost or incomplete.
  8. A winner will be chosen at the judge’s discretion.
  9. The chosen winner will be contacted via email or telephone on Tuesday 22nd May 2018.
  10. The prize is a £160 ring from Barkat Jewellers
  11. There are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered, is non-transferable, subject to availability and cannot be exchanged. Products/prizes obtained through the promotion are not subject to refund or exchange.
  12. Queensmere Observatory is the provider of the prize and makes no representation or warranty in relation to prizes provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law shall have no liability to any entrant or winner in relation to any prize, its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
  13. The winner must collect the prize from Barkat Jewellers
  14. The winner must collect the prize between Tuesday 22nd May 2018 and Tuesday 29th May 2018.
  15. Queensmere Observatory reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion and prize at any time without prior notice.
  16. The winner will be asked to participate in advertising, promotion or other commercial activities relating to the prize draw and if they consent to having their photograph, likeness or voice used by Queensmere Observatory and the appointed marketing agency Shoppertainment Management Limited, in related promotional activity.
  17. By supplying us with your details and opting in, entrants are happy to receive information, offers and service updates from Queensmere observatory.
  18. By entering the prize draw, entrants are sending their personal information Queensmere Observatory who will at all times process an entrant’s personal data in accordance with the U.K. Data Protection Act 1998 and applicable laws.
  19. The information provided in the entry will be kept on file for as long as necessary and is processed under the guidelines of the Data Protection act and is jointly controlled by Queensmere Observatory and their appointed marketing agency Shoppertainment Management Limited.
