A sizzling BIG summer is forecast at Queensmere Observatory during the school summer holidays. The Centre will host themed activities on consecutive Saturdays which will transport shoppers to the farm, the beach and the circus too! The FREE event will include workshops, roaming activity and even a Britainís Got Talent star!

Saturday 29th July

BIG Farm: A rustic barnyard photo area will appear on the mall for families to pose for a memorable photograph. A giant Scarecrow will also be making appearances throughout the day, as he stilt walks along the mall. Plus, kids can create their very own animal hand puppet in the FREE craft workshop.

Saturday 5th August

BIG Circus: Shoppers are invited to roll up, roll up and experience all the fun of the fair. Professional performers will be teaching children circus tricks in the pop-up staging area and Britainís Got Talentís hula-hooping sensation, Lisa Sampson will be showing off her skills too. Children can become part of the circus by personalising a mask in the FREE craft workshop.

Saturday 12th August

BIG Beach: Socialise in the seaside inspired chill-out zone complete with fun props and giant deck chairs.† The giant brass band will be the walkabout entertainment for the day, delighting shoppers with a mix of traditional and upbeat, modern tunes in their repertoire. And as with the other sessions, kids can get creative in the free craft station Ė this time with sand art.

All events are between 11am and 4pm.
